The accommodation is close to the city of Chester, well managed and offered on an all inclusive of bills basis.This is strictly for employed non smokers. The rooms for rent in Chester are all high standards. Contracts run for an initial 6 months term and we can occasionally offer shorter term contracts, but the rental would work out more expensive. All the properties benefit from a cleaner who will attend once a month in helping to maintain the cleanliness in the communal area's. We expect tenants to help keep the kitchen and communal area's tidy.
